Campus Advisory Council
The Campus Advisory Council (CAC) is made up of Austin High School teachers, support staff, parents, and community members who meet once a month with the Principal to discuss school-related issues and provide input on campus-level decisions, particularly those which address student needs and achievement. The Council meets (generally-speaking) on the first non-holiday Monday of the month. These meetings are open to any member of the community who would like to attend.
If you would like to serve on the CAC, a 2-year commitment, submit a CAC membership application (see below) to Linda Garcia (linda.a.garcia@austinisd.org) in Amy Taylor's office.
If you would like to speak at a CAC meeting (2 minutes during open forum), contact CAC Co-Chair John Dagar (jdagar@austinisd.org)
