This year’s first place winner in the City of Austin Clean Air PSA contest was produced by none other than Austin High School.

Sonia Aguila is a very deserving AVID student of the month winner. She is a fabulous student and is very involved on campus Link Crew, Student Council, and Yearbook.

Dear AHS Parents of 2016-17 Juniors and Seniors,

The Dedication Day Ceremony, celebrated this year on Friday, April 24, marks the anniversary of the dedication of the Lakeside Campus of Austin High School on Sunday, May 2, 1976.  On this date, the Austin public schools officially accepted the new Lakeside Campus in a public ceremony.

Six Austin ISD high schools are among the best in the nation, according to the 2016 U.S. News & World Report rankings.
